Q: Do they fit pretty snug and wont need to worry about the headphones staying in place while doing cardio or weight training? Including on the bench?

We use them when going for runs and working out and they fit pretty snug and don’t move around much. The sound is excellent and the noise cancelling feature is awesome.

Q: i received the item and it is working fine, but the inner headband is missing from the package. i don't want to return it but i need this headband?
