Yes if it has interchangeable chokes

Compatible with winchester sxp field 12 gauge?

Not sure they probably make a kit for the sxp but this number is a stretch. I would go with the Winchester turkey tube.

Will this fit on H&r 20 ga?

Only way to really know is take the part number or item number and go to truglos web site and check it
