Works great to fix LED hyper flashing (and adds 3 flash function)
I bought two of these, one for a 2006 Toyota Tundra and another for a 2011 Subaru WRX STI, so I could update the stock bulbs with LEDs. Installation: I recommend recording a video of the stock flasher before you remove it so you can reference how fast your stock one flashes at. They might be a little tricky to remove (in the case of the STI) but installation was easy once the old one is removed. Once plugged in, turn on your car and adjust the flasher speed. They were flashing quite fast out of the box and I had to turn them down to closely match my stock flashers. Use: I think they're a little quieter than the stock flashers. However, their purpose is to stop the hyper flashing with LED bulbs, which it does. It also has the 3-flash-to-pass function when you "tap" your turn signal, which is a nice addition. Overall, if it fits your car, it's a good purchase if you're upgrading to LEDs and don't want to deal with adding resistors.

Works great for 2007 Lexus ES350
Works great. Fit right into my 2007 Lexus ES350โs stock position. Only gripe I had with it was that, the dial for the variable resistor is a bit loose and bumps can actually change my relayโs speed! Hot glue fixed the issue but would like to point that out for people who have it loosely attached in their dash.

Great quality with excellent results for correcting hyper flashing..
Upgraded the headlights and taillights on his 2010 IS350 but the blinker speed was too fast causing the lights to look like cheap knockoff versions. The install is not as bad as most people are saying if you know where it goes. I recommend disconnecting the existing relay cable without unmounting it and plug in the new relay to the cable and let it hang freely so that the dial can be easily adjusted. It looks more high-end after installing the relay and adjusting it to blink slower.

Easy fix for hyperflashing
I installed LED indicator bulbs on my 2006 Tacoma and had hyper-flashing with the stock flasher. I decided to try this because adding resistors to each bulb seemed like a lot of work. Install was fairly straightforward with the hardest part being getting the original one out. On my truck it was located on the back of the black fuse box under the dash on the driver's side. It works exactly as described and allows for easy adjustment of the flasher speed. My only complaint with the flasher is that the plastic quality is a bit cheap and the clicking sound isn't as pleasant as the original one. It sounds more hollow if that makes any sense. To help with this I had the idea of drilling a small hole into the housing and filling it with hot glue. It definitely helped to dampen the sound of the clicking. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the purchase and would definitely recommend it as an alternative to installing resistors if you switched to LEDs.

Works great with easy adjustability!
This worked for my 2007 Toyota Corolla! I replaced all the blinker lights with very bright LEDs and then the hyperflash started. I replaced it and love the easy adjustability of the flasher to time the blinks to your liking. Highly recommend!

Works well, one minor issue
Relay works well, was a straight plug in for my car, you can adjust the speed it blinks using the knob on top, the only minor issue is that when you first turn the blinker on, the first blink is very long, then it starts blinking normally. This doesn't happen when using the hazard lights or if you switch from one blinker to the other blinker quickly. Not really that big of an issue though.
