Received two tubes, tastes very good, I mix it in with oatnug

The seller had 1 pound x 2 on the main page and description page stated 5oz. It was ridiculous expensive for small tube.

This is the chestnut spread used all over France to spread on bread, in crepes, etc. It is the original and the best. I add it (about 2 tablespoons) to a basic vanilla pudding (just milk, sugar, vanilla and cornstarch to thicken) and add at the end, incorporating with a whisk. It tastes just like the classic Mont Blanc pudding! Cut back on the sugar in your pudding recipe, as this paste has a lot of sugar also.

It is an old fashioned chestnut spread, classic, lightly sweetened. Good with toast, bun, croissant, etc. Almost impossible to find in a grocery store, was searching for months until saw on Amazon. The only reason I gave this product 4 stars, it is because of the size. It is too small for the money it costs.

If you've never tried Crème de Marrons, do yourself a favor and buy a tube (or twenty). I grew up on these and haven't found a better crème de marrons yet, even though I've tried a dozen of other brands. This one is smooth, with a hint of vanilla. It's delicious mixed with yogurt, vanilla ice cream, whipped cream or just straight from the tube. Enjoy!

The image in the ad is not what you receive. I received 2 small tube's, and not the can in the main image. Image is misleading to buyers. 2 stars because of the inaccurate image, but item does taste great!

I added this to plain yogurt for a delicious breakfast treat.
