Good Book!
My daughter who is 5 years old has Vitiligo since over two years and I have done a lot of research on this topic. It has been really hard because there has not been a place where all information has been systematically given and in a way a regular person could understand. This book is a very nice compilation of all the information I have seen in various places in simple language and every day examples. There are also things I had heard but never understood and a few new insights. It is organized really well and points exactly why certain treatment is preferred or considered over another. I would recommend this book to someone who is looking to understand Vitiligo. I always thought the diet component was an important one but could never figure out how to go about it. The author's own experience and reasoning is convincing. I will write again in three months if we see any positive results.

I've read some of the previous comments that made me want to post my own review. True this book is not a cure, but in an age where there is very little information regarding Vitiligo... I appreciate Xichao Mo documenting his personal struggles and experimentation in finding a cure. I believe his personal journey. His trials and tribulations helped inform me on what to consider when trying to combat my Vitiligo. Anyone whose wondering what they can to counter act their Vitiligo should read this book! I hope that anyone that has success with repigmenting would share their success story similar against Vitiligo.

great resource!
The book thoroughly describes the many different treatment paths for beating Vitiligo. It is not an exact science and it has no cure, but he is right on track with his explanations of the many different options. It is a great resource to refer to as my teenage son battles vitiligo. It is not hopeless.

This book kept on edge it also showed me how strong and determined people never give up to reach their goal even though the road to reach there is dangerous and impossible. I feel guilty to take everything for granted ! What a suspenseful and eye opening writing.
