The box wasn't huge and internal packing materials weren't "superior" however the packing got the job done and it is fine. Likely a good balance between box size, "wasted" packing materials, the the product itself. Flavor: 4 / 5 stars -- The lemon berry flavor is nice. While it's not a fair comparison I'd say the flavor is reminiscent of a not overly sweet Kool Aid or similar. There seems to be just enough sweetness from the Stevia to make the drink pleasant as opposed to tasting like "salt water". Cramp Prevention / Physical Feelings during workout: 4 / 5 stars. I noticed during heavier cardio workouts [90-120 minutes] I would start cramping or not feeling as good as I should and pure water [which I was using for lighter workouts] didn't seem to be cutting it -- duh :). After using the drink as directed, and doing my own research on proper hydration, I find that I'm no longer cramping and I don't "feel slightly off" any more on longer workouts. Soreness Prevention: 3.5 / 5 -- ?? -- Honestly I tend to do low impact exercises but try to maintain at least aerobic exertion levels during the majority of the workout. Made the switch from ultima, the ingredients are different but I didn’t notice a difference in hydration and this has bcaa so win win. This is by far a good alternative because its cheaper and in my opinion tastes better.
