I have given these to people who will not take omega by other brands and they will take these without problems. I keep mine in the refrigerator because, well, I've heard that's what you're supposed to do. I don't really want rancid fish oil. I've been taking this Omega-3 from Carlson for 4 months. It seems to have positively impacted my cholesterol levels. I normally have digestive upset from taking Omega-3 supplements by other makers, but not Carlson's. I have not experienced any digestive upset. No fishy aftertaste, which is great in my book. The pill size is about what I'd expect for 1600 mg, and its gel capsule makes it easy to use.

The daily dosage is just nice for asean like me..

Fish based omega3,it's big Kapsel,but it doesn't have fishy smell when I take them. However you might notice a slight odor only when something like a burp happens.
