We found the taste and texture far better than expected and hope that health wise it's doing us good. We were very glad to find this live product because we found it difficult to get a consistent source locally.

Delicious, great ingredients and tastes like it should
I'm from Croatia and I'm obssesed with this sour cabbage. I constantly repurchase it, it takes like it should;just like the one back home. I live in the UK and I'm so grateful this is available to me here. It's delicious and the ingredients are perfect. Idea, please make sour cabbage leaves to sell, I would love to make sarma - stuffed cabbage with minced meat. 😋

Delicious but don’t open right away.
This is the best, just delicious, but let the jar settle for maybe a day before opening. It’s so bio active that it fizzes like champagne. I was Impatient and opened the jar right away and lost all the juice 😢 It’s so good that I just ate it out of the jar with a fork, it was gone in three days.
