How much sodium per serving?

The anchovies will contribute some natural iodine, but no additional iodine is added.

I was delivered some recently, in the last few months. It gives an expiration of 10-2022. (But that really doesn’t matter — you’ll use it up in six months, tops. Incredibly versatile.
