AK Interactive Terrains Dark Earth - 250ml (Acrylic)

AK makes the best terrain material hands down

This terrain / basing material is outstanding! It goes on easily, forms nice looking texture, and dries quickly. It is far better than some of the other options out there which just don't thicken into ridges or textures well. The container is also huge, I based 48 miniatures and the level barely dropped. It goes on dark but of course you can paint it how you like. In terms of texture it is working well for dirt as well as a cave / stone path and desert - the three I've tried so far. I probably would not use it for a concrete or very even or smooth surface.

Great product, perfect for the vignette I built!! I was able to press in the tuffs and lay texters when it was moist. It also takes paint well. Will be using this for future projects!

I love ak basing, it’s amazing quality I can’t suggest it enough. It’s easy to figure out how to use and make it look really nice, plus it’s perfect for a bunch of different stuff. The texture is perfectly dark earth like forest floor(I used it for my shatterpoint Ewoks and it looks perfect) it takes a bit of time to dry down but it’s so worth it, if you work in thin layers it’ll probably dry quicker though.

Have not used it yet. Asphalt to dark of black for my liking. It worked as advertised

Amazon messed up and the pot lid popped off in transit. The effect is definitely shown and the effect is really nice and exactly what I'm going for. So good for the effect if delivered unexploded.

Great product but it was shipped in a brown envelope instead of a box, so it arrived busted slightly open with some of the paint spilled.
