In the ingredients say 'sweet almonds'. does it mean they have been sweetened before grinding? i want to avoid sugar. thanks!

Sweet almonds refers to the type of almonds. Bitter almonds are not commercially available as they need to be treated to be safe for human consumption. All almonds that you can buy in shops and that are used in food products are sweet almonds. They're just called that; there's no sugar added.

How long before it expires after opening?

Ages, probably longer if left in the fridge. I've left mine in the cupboard after opening and all that's happened is the oil has risen to the top so just needs stirring again. 3 months easy I think but I would be happy to leave longer.

Best almond better I’ve ever tasted

I wish I could have this every day - it’s so GOOD. But it’s also expensive for the amount I have to eat every week. The taste is sublime. It mixes well and spreads easily, and is thick like other organic brands, but Bioma is just so tasty.
