To the seller are these genuine 3M manufactured abrasives?

The ones I got on my order appeared to be. The worked like the other 3M brushes and they lasted and are still in use

Looking for alternative to wire brushes. I refinish cabinets and wire brushes can cause too much scratching. Would this be a good alternative?

These worked for me. I have several different variants where the hardness gives a different finish. A few tips: Going slow is the temp-o. Be patient and it will last longer and it will do a better job. When working with fine work, be extra careful. It's really easy to 'accidently' take a bit too much off. For larger areas, use a larger disk and for smaller, use the smaller disks. Small disks tend to go a lot quicker than the bigger ones. Have fun!
