Doesn't suit me.
I have seen people say that it works well so I purchased to try it out but after I took this I would have a lot of nightmares at night, when I stopped taking it I didn't have any more nightmares, I repeated the trial a few times and each time I would have nightmares which led to me not daring to take it again. Undeniably this did make me sleep faster but the nightmares were not a good experience, I don't know if this is a problem with my personal constitution or not, theoretically this GABA shouldn't cause the above results but it did happen. An FYI for others.

Natural and fast acting
brain feed was recommended by my naturopath as a natural l-theanine, and specifically without lemon balm and I can't praise this product enough! It has a noticeable effect on outbreaks of work stress and social anxiety and I'll occasionally take it before bed. It would be useful to have it available on subscription.

Well done brainfeed. You've managed to help me with my anxiety something else other theanine brands dont do. It doesnt give me nausea like the others. This is not a paid review and I can prove it. Lovely natural product.
