What's not to love?
After trying to find separate supplements I was so happy to find this one with everything I needed in it in one place. I was taking magnesium by itself to help with some things and found that I was having massive muscle twitching which took me a while to put together because magnesium is supposed to be calming to your nervous system and muscles. Weird! So after some research I discovered that magnesium needs calcium to absorb better and create a balance. Voila! This supplement to the rescue! The added zinc and d3 are a bonus for my immune system as well. Been taking this for a week or so and no muscle twitching at all - feeling much better. Thank you!

Pills are big and hard to swallow
I like the ingredients in this supplement. However, the pills are so large I sometimes struggle to swallow them. Fortunately, they don’t dissolve too much in my mouth and I can eventually get them down. But I wish they were a bit smaller.

No response from company
I ordered a 3 pack. One of the bottles was completely crushed when it arrived. I contacted the company and got no response. While the product itself seems fine I will not order again since I am out the cost of a bottle.

Great supplement and Unexpected Benefit
I searched for a supplement that provided these elements, mostly for immune health. Also, that the product is made in the USA is important to me. Everyone is different, but for me, the greatest benefit has been the digestive support, which I did not expect. I deal with chronic constipation and it has really helped with my regularity, so for that i am so happy!. Like I saiid, that may not be everyone's experience, but it was mine. I'll continue to make this part of my daily supplement regime!
