Great stuff , easy to insert. It feels uncomfortable for the first few minutes because it starts to melt, but that feeling subsides and you could carry on. Easier to tolerate if taken before bed in my opinion. I notice a brighter complexion , my adult acne & scars are gone, will continue using You may need an oil to coat these capsules and natural oil like coconut oil for your butt it helps

This works and fast! After the first use hyperpigmentation in my toes cleared! I was amazed. The only problem I had to stop after the sixth use. It burns your bum! If I knew a way to coat it so it won’t burn, I would use it again.
