Game changer! So good, so healthy!
They’ve finally done it: keto friendly pasta! Love the taste and consistency more than traditional pasta. Yep, more! Consistency almost like a firm mushroom. Nearly instant prep time makes dinner super easy, no more boiling water. Just rinse realquick. You can pan fry it, microwave it, steam it, it’s nearly indestructable and still scrumptuous for such a healthy alternative to carb-loaded pasta. One con: Doesn’t soak in sauce like normal pasta, so I recommend thick sauce (I thicken with almond flour and butter base roue). The tubes are a litte closed often, but I’ve purchased dozens of bags this year and haven’t seen any mushed-up bags as reported by other folks. Highly recommend!

Hope You Like Flavorless Rubber
If you're just looking for some type of lower carb substance to eat with your sauce then this is it. It is utterly flavorless and has the texture of a very chewable rubber. Not like a car tire, but more like a rubber cement ball, or a tougher loogie. You owe it to yourself to see how weird this product is. I won't give it a second try.

Good substitute for high carb pasta.
All no/low carb pastas are pricey. It is about the closest to the real thing as I’ve found.

About the consistency of Beefaroni
If you're on keto diet, this is very expensive, and if you prepare it right with plenty of rinsing then it is chewy and bland and no matter what you do it will be rubbery, so I wouldn't recommend Shirataki

improved texture over plain Konjac
the oat fiber improves the texture and appearance of these noodles, but they are still Shiritaki noodles, meaning extremely firm and rubbery.

Pasta was mashed!
The Pasta is good I've had it in the past but this time when I opened the bag it was all mashed!! There was no pasta just mashed konjac...!! Im giving 1 star coz of that not because of the taste!!

The flavor is ok, but if seasoned properly it is great. A tad bit too soft.
