Very easy to use. I bought this for someone and they liked the comfort and immediate effectiveness to relief that discomfort. It didn't take any time at all for it to work for them. I would highly recommend.

It was 10 days post op, and the narcotics had created a poo plug so dense that nothing was making a dent. I swear I died a thousand deaths in that moment; catching myself hunched over like a frightened dog. And yet, I continued on. I waited a moment. Nothing happened. I waited a few more. Nothing. As I was about to give up, I felt a gurgle within that could only be akin to the parting of the red seas. I quickly took my place upon my thrown, and I swear, at one point, I got air off that seat. I am thankful for this product. Not only did it knock loose my boulder, but it also seemed to have cleansed my soul as well. I emerged 45 minutes later 4lbs lighter and a new woman.

You can clean and reuse these twice daily to keep your bottom clean enough to insert anal toys for about two weeks, then toss it and open another bottle. When refilled, about 15 to 20 seconds in the microwave brings the filled bottle up to about 95°F, which makes it Much More Effective. Since I keep various anal toys inserted close to 24/7—Use silicone lube!—I give myself an anal douche first thing in the morning at bedtime, and it keeps the toys 💩poop-free💩, making cleanup and sterilization a breeze.

If you need this to prep for a biopsy or surgery this works great. Fast and there was no lingering desire to empty bowels again. It doesn’t empty everything like a bigger dose does for a colonoscopy.
