Hear me out this about to be some tmi. Each flavor is really good with some honey and sugar. I read other reviews and heard about people having blow outs. I said ok ill drink it at 6pm and ill be fine the next day before work. I was so wrong it hit me while I was at work about 11:00 a.m. and was fighting for my life at work lol. It helps alot. I lost 5 lbs in 2 days. It does linger for a couple days so drink it 3 to 4 days apart.

This tea taste very good with honey added!! The first time I drank it within 3-4 hours I had a bm. Some cramping but nothing like period cramps. I'm not regular on a daily basis so its perfect for me. I've only drank it twice so I can't say I've lost any weight yet. I drink it when I get to work. I'm not running to the bathroom every 5 minutes. Maybe 3 times after drinking it and id I eat lunch directly after.

The tea works very well and the flavors taste great. I usually take it at night so I haven’t experienced whether it helps with appetite control. I have to double up on dosage, but I would definitely order again. Great product.

This is a regular senna tea to me (had plenty in the past). 1 thing I don't like is that there is no caffeine info on the box. It doesn't say caffeine free and it contains green tea, but no other info. I usually drink some caffeine in the morning only so this is important to me. Senna tea is best to drink at night, so if it does contains caffeine, it might interrupt sleep. I also disagree with the suggestion of up to 3 cups in 24hr. This tea might cause some cramping. The effect of the tea will depend on the amount you drink and your overall diet as well. The results will vary from person to person. I prefer to use this tea only about once maybe twice a week to cleanse little bit.

If you have a sensitive stomach, I would strongly urge you to choose another product. It works, but you have to be willing to pay the price in comfort.

I absolutely LOVED this tea!! I am on my second box! It tastes good and it does it's BIG ONE as far as the going to the bathroom. I feel like my bloated reduced, and I highly recommend! I liked all of the flavors and I only made 8oz every night before bed and I only add honey to it. Yum!

Second day drinking this tea and it really helped my body clean up after every meal. I recommend take one tea per day and make sure you have access to a bathroom 😄. I only needed a clean up and to loose five extra pounds I gained these past weeks. I already lost 3 pounds and I don’t feel bloated anymore. My belly feels soft and it’s going down so quickly.
