Nothing too special
The necklace is very difficult to open and close. I didn't even realize it till I purchased it but all photos have to be glued in so changing them out is impossible and finding photos that fit is very difficult. It wasn't expensive so you get what you paid for I guess

I bought this necklace Dec 8, 2019 and was going to give it to my granddaughter for Christmas. Instead I decided to give it to her on her birthday Feb 14, 2020- her sweet 16 birthday. It says the window of return was Jan 31...so I am assuming I cannot return it. It gorgeous... and intricate..BUT when she closed it for the very first time, the photo plates are loose and will not stack up firmly....thus it looks like the photos I’ve attached. They fall out of either side and it looks awful!! Sooooo disappointed!!!!!! Would really like to have this replaced as this is what she really wanted, but I don’t see a place to do it!☹️ I would give it 5 stars if I got one that was tight and stayed stacked..
