My First Human Body Book (Dover Science For Kids Coloring Books) Paperback – Coloring Book, January 19, 2009

Great coloring book! Pages are a great quality. Drawings are well done and the text is very engaging and educational. I purchased one per student for my homeschool co-op where I teach a science course on the human body for 11-13 year olds.

I bought this book for my four year-old granddaughter who’s interested in medical subjects this book is very educational and even a grown-up can learn from it.

This was a wonderful interesting book even for kids that are six and up.

This is one of a very large stack of materials I bought to supplement homeschooling curriculums for our daughter for the brief period of time we were homeschooling her. I actually felt it was appropriate for the grade level she was at, which was 3rd grade at the time. While the manufacturer markets it up to age 10, I think that in general, American schools have a bit more of an aggressive science curriculum then they did when I was in elementary school, and I think really third grade is the upper limits of what this is good for supporting.I personally, was pleased with it and thought it did a good job of reinforcing the reading I gave her. My daughter, however, didn't find the pictures enjoyable to color. She likes to color in general, she just wasn't so enthusiastic about this, because she says, she doesn't like to color the insides of people's bodies, only the outside. So, while I think this is a well done coloring book, it may be hit or miss with your kiddo depending on their interests.

I use this book for my science class when we go over the human body! It helps break down the anatomy and physiology of our bodies while providing how things look inside of us.A must have!

I bought this for my 6 year old daughter she absolutely loved this. It was project that we both did amd it's very informative, a book that they can keep and go over when they're older. The best part when helping her is that she told me that it was so satisfied pulling out the sticky parts

It's ok. It's not really organized, kind of all over the place. Not really a starter. Honestly I can probably find better at the dollar store.

Bought these for homeschooling and they’re simple yet informative.
