Clouds
My 6 year old grand son has enjoyed reading this book. Since I've purchased it, he has read a few times with me and has chosen it a few times on his own. I love books that are informative, fun to read and colorful. In fact, the other day, he referenced this book when he noticed some clouds in the sky and was asking me about them. I am impressed with the entire Read-And-Find-Out-Science series and plan on purchasing more.

Bought second copy for ourselves
This book does a pretty good job of teaching about clouds and the pages flow pretty well together. I like how it describes the cloud types instead of merely showing images. Putting the images and narrative together in a seamless way gives a more complete understanding. The images are a tad primitive/folkart style so some things are not as clear or finely detailed in the images, but the clouds do stand out in their distinctness. Overall, we bought this as a gift and then had to come back and buy a second copy for ourselves.

It's a keeper!
I found this book while teaching my 11, 8, and 5 yr old about clouds and weather. This book was so helpful that (after borrowing it from the library multiple times) I decided to purchase it to add to our personal collection of science books. Illustrations are simple by convey basic facts, making it easy to understand cloud formation and activity.

Clouds
This book is a wonderful resource. It explains all of the different types of clouds in language and pictures that young kids can understand. It also has a cool experiment how to make a cloud at the end. I love the series, we have quite a few of them. Very kid friendly and my son loves the experiments!

Great book. My 3 year old isn't nearly as excited about it as I am but I bought it for me to learn initially and in a few years to let her read. Gave us everything we needed to ID clouds and talk about what they might be indicating for our weather patterns.

Educational and informative
Very educational and informative book. I was surprised how much it explained about clouds and how they work. I love that such young children can learn such so much about science. Again, great pictures to explain how the clouds look, and work. At 5 and 6 my grandkids will remember this and not have to learn it in school. I learned as much as the kids from this book.

Brilliant. I now know a lot about clouds that I didn't know before. Went above the heads of a lot of my 6 year old pupils but they enjoyed learning the names and looking for clouds, the science may have been a bit technical for them.
