What exactly is in the ingredient "natural flavors"?

In the pics provided, one of them shows that it's a low sodium. So, is it low sodium or not?

In my experience using the Montreal Steak Seasoning it is NOT low sodium - unless they have come out with a low sodium version which I have never seen. I love this stuff but it is salty.

The past two summers my wife & i have been able to buy a "grill mate product called "mojito lime"-we grill year around but can't get it in fall?
