I switched to this brand of Magnesium glycinate because there’s nothing else in their capsules, just pure magnesium glycinate. I am so happy to have found a clean Magnesium supplement, and this one works great! Each capsule has 100mg of elemental magnesium so I tend to just take 1-2 a night and that works for me. I like that their facility is NSF certified as well, I will be a customer for many years.

Wanted to start taking Magnesium Glycinate supplements, and was SHOCKED how much "extra junk" most supplements add (not just for this vitamin, but in ALL vitamins). As someone who has become more careful about what I ingest, the fact that this has almost no extra ingredients is a huge WIN! My only regret is that BESTVITE doesn't sell all the other vitamins I take, as I'd happily switch to them in a heart beat for this reason. Also surprising is that this glycinate "clean" vitamin is in many cases less expensive than the extra junk options. WIN WIN as far as I'm concerned. Highly recommend this product.

Earning GMP certification from NSF verifies that a manufacturing facility has the proper methods, equipment, facilities, and controls in place to produce dietary supplement products. Lots of people do find this helpul (as it's well-absorded ...tends to be calming & lowers body-core temperatures during sleep); each individual may need to experiment w/ it...& give it a fair trial... to determine factors of possible diarrhea (that all magnesium can cause)-- sometimes it's a matter of time for your system to acclimate ... and, yes, these tablets need adjusting to their 'size'...might need to accomodate swallowing (in whatever manner words for the individual), but... magnesium is too important, and too absent in adequate form for many of us.

These capsules are massive and get stuck in your throat and cause discomfort, feels like it's going sideways! ugh! I'm ordering powdered magnesium instead.

This mag is well absorbed, in my opinion glycinate being the best form of magnesium. Take throughout the day and when taken before bed assists with sleep.
