Great value, great taste!
Best green sauce there is! I eat mine on crawfish etouffe! Green stuffed peppers are great with this sauce!

Simply the best
This is the best hot sauce for Cajun cooking in my humble opinion. It adds a gentle heat without the vinegar taste I find Tabasco and Crystal have. Add it early when cooking and it adds spice without too much heat, or add at the end of cooking to kick things up a notch. I have bought this by the case in the past from the manufacturer for making 10 gallon pots of jambalaya, but this amount is more consistent with my needs and quick and easy to order on Amazon

Absolute favorite hot sauce!
This is definitely one of my favorite hot sauces. Ever since I found it in Louisiana, I have been buying it by the case. My family enjoys me on my appreciation of it. For the hot sauce, lover… It is more taste than heat. Wonderful for seafood doesn’t overtake it. This is an every day hot sauce if you like. It’s a compliment to just about anything.
