Can you dim the lights for use in a child’s bedroom

No, The light's are a waste of money you can buy similar lights in Home Bargains which are cheaper

The description says for indoor outdoor. can you really use them outdoors? the battery case is clearly not waterproof for outdoor use. hi

I didnt even managed to use my one as the battery case is broken. Its missing a peace on it. The spring that will be able to attach or fit the battery perfectly. I emailed the supplier/seller yet nobody get back to me. Its been a week or more

What is the gap between bulbs and do they slow flicker or fast flicker ?

I don't know. Mine broke as I was carefully trying to remove them from the box. They were way too delicate so I returned them.

Do they require rechargeable batteries to usb charge?

They are battery operated and mine has no usb charging option or port. You could certainly use rechargeable batteries in these, though, you'd just need to recharge them in a dedicated charger when empty. In my experience the batteries last about three to five days before the lights start getting noticeably dimmer.
