I can't believe there aren't more reviews about how this helps an itchy nose. This is amazing--helps right away and for hours. It burns intensely for about 30 seconds and then lingers for a bit, but it's honestly so much better than dealing with my left nostril constantly itching like crazy. It's kind of like a "burns so good" sensation, not as scary as I thought it'd be. It actually does seem to make my nostril feel more congested or closed off--it doesn't open it up, but that's not what I need from it. I can imagine that if I were sick and very congested, it'd make my nose run and I could blow my nose more easily. But I use this for itchy nostrils, and it works significantly better than nasal sprays that are for allergies and allergy pills! Allergy pills make me drowsy either the same day or I feel totally out of it the next day, and my nose will still itch. So far, I use this maybe 4-5 times a day, and that's enough to keep me sane. The bottle says up to 12 times a day, but I'm finding that I don't need it that much. After the very first spray, my left nostril has not itched anywhere near as bad as it previously itched. This is really worth the burning sensation and the temporary congested/closed nostril feeling.

Years ago, I used to use a product called Sinus Buster, which was eventually discontinued. No other product since has matched the potency I loved with Sinus Buster... until Nasol! On my stuffiest days, Nasol is the only nasal spray that can cut through my congestion. Highly recommended for those who need a good punch in the sinuses every once in a while!

I ordered two bottles. I have been using it for a long time. This order, One was clearly lacking a lot of Capsaicin and was weak. The other was normal. Might be production and quality control on this order. The order was delivered quickly and that part went without a hitch.

I’m only taking 1 star off because it burns like a MF and they don’t really warn you about the immense pain you need to endure before it works it’s magic. I was using an Afrin-type nasal spray to survive what ended up as a bacterial sinus infection (I don’t even get colds!). Anyways, after almost a year I still have sinus pain and HEAVY congestion. Nights when even after a saline rinse, I’m still clogged, I resort to the most painful option. But maybe 2 minutes later, I can breathe so clearly it’s like magic. I like that it’s natural ingredients, I don’t like how terrible it is to use but no pain, no... nose breathing?

I have been using NASOL for over 10 years on advice of my EENT doctor. It has essential curried my non-allergic sinus problem.

I've been having problems with the inside of my nose itching horribly - feels like it's coming from the inside of the tissue, not the surface. The only thing that has helped is the capsaicin sinus spray. I used it every couple hours the first day and then tapered down to a couple times a day. It worked so well that I forgot I was having a problem and stopped using it then the itchiness came back after a couple days so back to using its couple times a day. It makes me cough for a second or two and makes my eyes water, but it's brief and then doesn't seem overly hot. It leaves a little pepper after taste and smell, but it's not unpleasant if you like peppers.

I have had issues with my sense of smell for over 2 years. The only time my sense of smell would return is if my ENT dr. Prescribed an Z-pack steroid which would dry up my nasal passages. My sense of smell would last for 2 months. After 2 years I did research and found that a spray with cayenne pepper could help. I bought this product and used it up to 12 times a day, and after 3 weeks of daily use, I was surprised to find my sense of smell returning. Slowly at first, but then got stronger. I am thrilled! I would recommend this to anyone suffering of sinus issues similar to mine.
