Three Ingredient Baking: Incredibly simple treats with minimal ingredients eBook : Rainey, Sarah: desertcart.co.uk: Kindle Store Review: A Refreshing Change! - I already own quite a few baking books which I yet haven't used. This is because the recipes usually have a long list of ingredients which puts me off before I even start. It makes such a refreshing change to come across a book such as this which only requires 3 ingredients for each recipe. To date I haven't tried any of the recipes but I'm hoping to do so soon. This book has a wide variety of recipes presented in a straightforward way with pictures showing the end results. Another great advantage is that a number of the recipes do not need to be oven baked. Some of them can be left to set in the fridge/freezer. I'm looking forward to trying the Bounty Bars, Healthy Energy Bars, Cornflake Crunch and Dipped Berry Bites. At last I've found a baking book which I'm actually going to use. I would highly recommend this book. Review: Cookery book - This is fun, recipes that require only 3 ingredients! A good selection and the Christmas cake was absolutely delicious - three ingredients!

easy cooking
I had seen some of this book in a news paper so ordered 2 books as I thought it looked good. Book is excellent and can't wait to try the recipes the other book is on its way to Australia. All the recipes look easy to do and I think will be very good when we go caravaning, simple recipe with what looks like amazing results. Would recommend this look to both households and students.

Three Ingredient Baking - interesting book- ingredients usually in your cupboard or fridge.
Have only tried one recipe so far - cheese crackers. They went down well but we all agreed it lacked a little something. If I make them again I would add seasoning of some sort, salt, cayenne or even a spread of marmite. The book itself looks interesting but I wish I had bought the paperback instead of the kindle edition - me being old fashioned I suppose.

Great book
This is a book that everyone should own. You may not use many of the recipes, you may try all of them, but it is a huge eye opener for all you doubters out there. These recipes DO work. Best cookbook for quick and easy days.

Good for new cooks or those scared by long recipes. Experienced cooks will be less excited.
A nicely put together book, but I'm slightly disappointed that many of the recipes are things I already do, having created the same things myself. Quick breads with self raising flour and yoghurt, a lot of the sweets with condensed milk as a base. Some recipes are not that original, just a change of make such as Giraffe Buns are basically Cloud Bread etc. It's a shame there are not more savoury recipes too. I've given it 4 stars as I can see the merit in it for new cooks, students or people that are put off experimenting with long lists in recipes. It might help get people into cooking, which is always a good thing. I'm sure I will try a few things, but as a book I was eagerly awaiting after seeing it promoted, I feel a bit deflated. Had there been a look inside available, I doubt I would have bought it.
