Does it have an adjustable ear piece to fit on smaller ears?

It’s not adjustable. I have small ears and I only have one set of earbud (not sure if the other receive more than one set?). Even if I had another set of smaller earbuds, it wouldn’t work for me anyway because the ear loops are LARGE and silicone soft. Imagine a big curvy stick of soft silicone, not adjustable. I can’t even imagine how they stay on but I guess they do on the right ear size. I looked like a dumb dumb trying to have this thing fit and hang on my ear. Will be returning =(

Would heat from a sauna damage the headphones?

I’ve tried for ages to find a earbuds that will tolerate true sauna heat.  FWIW, and looks like the manufacturer would recommend against it, but these are the only ones I’ve found that continue to work with the heat. It’s a very hot sauna too, like 180 degree F.

Yes, you push the power button on the side and it will pause.  If you press it for more than 2 seconds it shuts off or turns on.

Can these be linked to a computer or Alexa?

Alexa is connected to the phone via APP,and our headphones are connected to the phone via bluetooth. And they could only control the function of voice and video calls on mobile phones, but not Alexa.
Usually the computer would have a Blue Tooth Driver,if your laptop do not have,you could open the Google first,and search "your computer brand +your computer model number+Blue Tooth Driver ". And then choose an Official website to download the Blue Tooth Driver. 
And then install it,and you could use it to pair with the headphones. 
If this still could not work,you might need to buy a transmitter(not a adapter),this would make you receive the blue tooth signal.You could search "transmitter" in Amazon.
