Loved the look of this cross. Natural striations within the wood. Beautiful color. Hangs a bit lopsided, but I can fix that issue. It says in the description that it is unfinished, but yet it says glossy. It has a gloss on the face side and some bits of gloss on the sides. Still looks good. I did sand all the edges because of edge roughness. I didn’t want to make an issue of this as it is a cross and I didn’t not want to be criticizing a cross making company or their artisans. Make sure you want this size as it’s a medium sized item. They also sent a complimentary handheld cross, which I use frequently. Would buy again if the need arises. Does come with a tiny card (certificate) that says it was made in the holy land.

A beautiful hanging cross bought to feature on our Christmas tree. It’s a lovely light wood, well made complete with wall hanging hook if needed. It really is a lovey item and simply wonderful for the price, it really made our Christmas tree perfect. J ai reçu des croix différentes. Hé souhaitais des croix n'es de 20 cm et ai reçu des crucifix de 16 cm. Je me suis arrangée quand même. En cas de rupture de stock un mail d alerte aurait été courtois.

I really love it. It took quite some time for this item to arrive, but it is understandable indeed since it came all the way from Israel.
