You can accomplish a lot with this, be consistent
I love this workout equipment I just wish it would stay stuck in the floor for a longer period of time. I can do so much with itGreat idea!

Don’t get if you have wood floors
Doesn’t stick to hard wood or Linoleum. It also leaves a little mark from the suction cup. I can only use it on tile flooring. Other than at it does the job.

Doesn’t stay stuck to tiled floor or drywall. I didn’t receive anything to secure the rope so that’s also useless. Now regretting this purchase
