Pretty flat and beautiful wood. Not 3/8” thick. Barely over 1/4”. Calipers put them at .26”. They were dead on 5” x 1.5” but were just out of square. I’ll make it work but be aware that these are not consistent.

if I wouldn't wanted something I would have had to work on before using I would haven just made it myself. guess that's what I get for being lazy.....time to go make them flat

Take a hard pass on this item. Full of cracks running threw the whole piece of wood unusable!!

This wood (Black Palm) was extremely weak. Both pieces split when drilling.

Probably my favorite wood for knife handles.
