Will this fit a 3year old?

No, it is not suitable for three-year-old children.

Can it have the patek name?

I am very sorry, i can't do it, thanks

How do you open to replace the battery?

You have to pop the back plate off. In a pinch I've used a butter knife before. Since I now have so many watches I invested in a small watch repair tool kid. It includes a tool that easily removes the back plate. You can always take it to a jeweler to replace. Usually costs around $10. Fort a few dollars more you can get a kit here on Amazon.
