Question 1

This phone holder is used to multi-scene, but how to use it best?

Accepted Answer

➤👍VANMASS car phone holders are Multi-scene designs: Car (✅Windscreen✅Dash✅Vent)/Desk/Kitchen/Bathroom/Gym, and can easily meet the various needs of your use.
➤👍Its ranks of effects to use in each surface: 1️⃣Completely smooth (windscreen)/ 2️⃣Relatively smooth (dashboard)/ 3️⃣Textured or Uneven (textured dashboard), ❌Not for leather, wall, filmed, curved, or uneven glass surfaces.

✨✨Please refer to the video. ✨✨The installation steps are as follows:`
➤👍1. Please assemble the car phone holder first. You need to insert the ball head into the socket of the clamp and then screw the lock washer back into the mounting seat.
➤👍2. Please clean and dry the surface of the dashboard or the place where you want to install the suction cup. So there's no dirt or residue affecting the stickiness of the suction cup.
➤👍3. Remove the protective film. Install the suction cup to the dashboard, press down the lock, then press the suction cup for 1min, and please let it rest for 1 day before use.

⚠⚠ATTENTION ⚠⚠
① 【Removal of the suction cup 】Please grab the small tab under the lever on the rubber part with steady pressure so that you can peel it loose from the mounting surface. (Use dental floss to isolate the suction cup and contact surface first, it will be easier to remove the suction cup.)
② 【Wash the suction cup regularly 】Rinsing and air drying the suction cup after using it for a long time can restore its stickiness.
③ 【Suggestions on low temperatures】Warm the gel on suction cup to 20-35℃(68-95℉) when the temperature is below 15℃/59℉. E.g., heat it with automotive air conditioning or hands.
④ 【Suggestions on high temperatures】 It is suggested that do not stick the suction cup on the windshield on a hot day because the glue on the bottom of the suction cup may lose stickiness when the windshield's temperature is over 40℃/104℉.
