Very pretty, multi settings for heat, color, timer, remote included. Partial assembly needed to insert gemstones, easy to do. Not heavy. Good quality, wall or mount insert.

I originally bought this to be mounted in the wall, but decided against this once received. The only mounting option is on the rear, and that would have caused anchors to protrude through that wall to the other room. I also did not want to restrict airflow. It turned into an easy on-wall installation and has a floating appearance that hides the power outlet. The many available options for color and speed give my household the exact look and feel we want for any mood. A backup heat source is great to have, even if it is limited in power. I also have a sound bar sitting on top, taking advantage of the opportunity since our TV is wall-mounted as well. This might not be recommended for fire safety, but the heat (when on) blows out of the front very efficiently so I'm not concerned. Be warned that there are gaps in the two top corner holes that children can stick small, thin objects into and sit on the rock display for all to see.

Beautiful considering it's faux! Easy install. Heater works, but it doesn't produce much heat. Our room is about 12x20 and the heat is not felt half way thru our room. We purchased a wall mount space heater that heats our space much better.

I purchased this item six months ago and it looks stunning! Everyone who see it has a compliment, I had one minor part missing so I contacted customer care and the problem was resolved by there profession team, thank you. The unit has a remote control, it heats up and looks spectacular, also its affordable.

Got this from amazon warehouse at a great price. I would have rather had a 42", but my fireplace has jutting stones that wouldn't have let it fit in the fireplace hole. Built an enclosure to go in fireplace with some 2 x 4's, and then added a thin wooden covering. (Before that, I enclosed the real fireplace with some insulation behind this at the bottom of flue. It took a little work, but it turned out awesome!!! We are really happy with it. Doesn't put out a hella heat, but after a while it will help to warm a room, which we are happy with. Many colors and options for flames, havent even checked them all out yet. We just like the ambiance and look of it, as we were deciding what to do with the fireplace.....as you can see in the pics, I think looks nice, if you like this kind of thing. It's not like a real fire, so if you're looking for that, look somewhere else. We added a few pieces of timber to somewhat offset the appearance. I think it works. I would recommend to anyone looking for this type of insert!! Price we paid couldn't be beat...

We were searching for a thin, modern electric fireplace that could be recessed or mounted to the wall and decided on this 42” model. It comes with a mounting bracket that is conveniently attached to the back of the unit with two screws, if you decide on the wall mounting method, but we didn’t need to use it since ours was being recessed. I’m impressed with how realistic the flames appear. There’s a nice variety of choices for the flame color, and you can even make the flame go in slow motion. I love the dimming feature as well. I also like that the unit is quiet. I tried the heating feature and it seems to give off a good amount of heat, even for the lower setting. The front, flat, glass panel comes off easy with only one screw. Have patience while removing the protective plastic wrap on glass, some plastic wrap stuck to the tempered glass for me and it had to be washed off carefully. The fireplace arrived quickly and it was packaged well. We found nothing was broken during transit. Some models come with different hardware, so read your manual. You can find your model number on the back silver sticker. We changed out the crystals for river rock and also found two birch branches for a more natural look. We were going with a modern flair and this stylish fireplace helped us achieve our goal.

Moderna, fácil de instalar, diferentes tipos de iluminación. Aquí donde vivo no cae nieve, así que sí ayuda a calentar en invierno, pero no tengo posibilidad de saber como funcionaría en algún lugar más frío. Por lo pronto contenta con la compra. Ahh y EL SERVICIO AL CLIENTE ES FENOMENAL, necesité un cambio de medida por error al momento de la construcción y me atendieron INMEJORABLEMENTE! Gracias! 🌟

Está bonita y luce bien. Funciona perfectamente, tiene varias opciones de color de flama y de color de carbón. Se controlan fácilmente todas sus funciones con el control remoto.

La verdad excelente articulo se ve muy bien no la e usado para calentar pero como adorno de decoracion la vdd se ve muy bien.

Funciona a la perfección, el radio de la calefacción es suficiente para una habitación de 24m2, el diseño y los modos de luz le dan un toque elegante a cualquier área donde se coloque. El único defecto es que hace un poco de ruido, pero no para molestar. Su instalación es fácil.
