Gourmet Sea Salt - 2 lbs. Fine Grain by San Francisco Salt Company

I ordered the five pound bag of salt to make bath salts for my husband for Christmas. Up till now I’d been making him bath salts with rock salt and epsom salt - and he liked them just fine, but I decided to step up my for his Christmas present. I was really happy with this bag of salt. It’s nice and big so I could make a lot of bath salt. I mixed it with dead sea salt, epsom salt - a cup of each salt - and a little baking soda, plus some essential oils. I had enough salt to make several different batches, so I could try out many different oil combos. My husband loved all his bath salts! This sea salt seemed like really nice quality to me. I love that it comes in a resealable bag that actually works. It also has a kind of ocean-like smell to it, which I thought was nice since I like the smell of the beach. It’s covered up by the essential oils of course, but it was nice when I was mixing my salts. The grain size of this salt dissolves so much easier than the rock salt I had been using, which my husband appreciates. I got the medium grain, and I think I got a larger dead sea salt grain, and the epsom salt was finer grain, so it was a nice grain variety in my salts. Overall I’m very pleased with this salt - it’s going to keep my husband in bath salts for a while, and when I’m out I will be back to buy more.

Was looking for salt to take for minerals. This is an affordable option to the Celtic salt. I am impressed & love the taste.

We have been using this Pacific Ocean sea salt for a long time. Once in a while we run out and have to fall back on something we can get locally, but we would far more rather have this salt. It is amazing and the price has stayed reasonable while others have not.

Simple, pure, salt. Coarse. Price is good for quality product.

Nice salt. We use this big bag for everything from cooking to rinsing wounds. It tastes great and lasts a long time.

I like the minerals it provides,it’s just a little heavy on the sodium.

This salt is about twice as strong as the last bulk sea salt I bought. My wife and I both over salted our food the first few times using it. Tasty though.
