The Flex PXE 80 is great for quick efficient work. It is small and maneuverable. It is powerful enough to get the job done. Is it as powerful as a corded buffer? No. However it is more powerful than some of the 3" corded models I have used. The PXE 80 works great with microfiber and short pile wool pads. The extensions and accessories made by APS really turn this into a compelling value. Batteries last a long time for me and the second battery keeps me going while the other one charges. Overall, I can't be more pleased with this machine.

I bought mine from Autogeek last year when I was doing a lot of Lamborghinis McLaren Ferrari and other exotic and luxury vehicles and tbh it’s a good tool but if your not doing any of those types of vehicles it’s pretty useless it does stall easy when you put the bigger pad on it and you don’t really get much correction out of it I love Flex and that’s all I own but this one was a dud.

I like the tool and most aspects of it. The switch is a little tricky at first but easy after a couple of uses. I use this tool in a professional setting every day. It has never let me down in 2 years of use. It's not for buffing entire vehicles but this is for more contoured areas that a larger buffer can't reach. It also is great for corrections nibbing dirt from freshly painted surfaces.

I had great expectation for this tool when I decided to replace a griots g8 with a cordless flex. Sadly it has disappointed. The tool is a nice build but it lacks any power and I found it stalled easier than the G8. I appreciate that the G8 is corded but the trade off to get cordless is not worth the 2x price increase.
