Your owners manual lists the specific fluids required for your machine. If you do not have the owners manual Polaris will send you one for the machine in question.

Will this work in a 2000 Polaris trailblazer 250?

This is Polaris’s synthetic transmission lubricant. I assume it’s used in most if not all of their products transmissions. I cannot comment specifically on the Trailblazer 250, although I assume it would work.

Will this work in the front and rear differential on my 2020 Polaris ranger 1000

My Polaris Ranger uses three different fluids in it's differentials, transmission and final drives. Please consult your owners manual for the exact fluid needed for each. Polaris is very specific about what fluid goes where. You really do need to get it right.
