I am usually a fan of Carbamide company products so bought this product without reading ingredient details. When I received it then I realized that it Contains EPA and DHA in very small amounts and those are not suitable for someone who wants a supplement for Omega 3 benefits (joints, skin etc) It contains good amount of Vitamin A and D, so it can be used as general supplement, but not for Omega 3 benefits. You may need to take many capsules for Omega 3 benefits but then there will be a risk of Vitamin A and D toxicity.

Ordered second time, this time I have received 42 capsules instead of 60. Quality and quantity getting compromised in food and medicines. Apna desh ka bohot bura haal hai. I was a regular customer of carbamide forte brands different products, they have tendency to have lower capsule count than they mention.
