Back2Crawl Horizontal Exerciser - Ideal for Cardio and Strength Workouts

i bought the excercise bands for p90x and they are great! first of all they were inexpensive as my husband threw away my "real" p90x bands that come with the kit. second the shipping was very quick and it came with some workout instructions which i thought were cool. thirdly they arent cheap. very good material and no wear.i would def. recommend this to anyone

I bought these resistance bands for the purpose specified in the product description- the P90X workout. In just my second workout using the bands (the above mention P90X workout), I was injured by this product. As I pulled the bands back to begin the exercise ONE OF THE METAL CLIPS SNAPPED, sending the "ultra-strength black tube" and blue tube, along with said broken metal ring, flying into my chest and hands, resulting in a painful burn going all the way across my chest and cuts on my fingers.I had used a different set of bands for several weeks prior to this incident and never had a problem with them, and much more tension was put on those bands than was put on these.AGAIN, DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! It is poorly made and is very dangerous, particularly when being used for a high-intensity workout such as P90X.NOTE: I only gave this product 1 star because it was necessary to give one in order to post the review- I would have preferred to give it no stars
