I cant seem to find if the ingredients are safe. Does it contain monxil (rogaine) same ingredients?

No it does not contain minoxidil and maybe that’s why it didn’t work for me after 3 months of use. I do not recommend.

What is the full ingredient list?

Sorry, I threw away the box and don't remember all the ingredients. Although, I don't remember seeing anything that stood out as dangerous. I can say that I have seen results with this product in as little as three uses and using just the product that sticks to the outside of the dropper. I have been using on my spouse's pattern baldness spot that has been there for years and I see fine hairs growing back! That's what made me start spreading a little bit of the leftovers on myself and like I said, I'm seeing growth already after just three uses.

NO. It doesn't work at all. It does smell good though. BUT does NOT make your hair grow longer, stronger or grow more hair where you may have lost it.
