Tableau Forensic SATA/IDE Bridge Kit Read Only

Q: Windows 10 does not recognize it. Any ideals?

I had the same problem. I was able to fix it by downloading the firmware update (look for "Tableau Forensic Download Center"). Don't forget to launch the program after installing and to press the "U" ("Update Mode") on the device! I was not doing that at first and the firmware update didn't seem to do anything, but then I pressed the "U" on the device and it found it and it let me update the firmware. Now it works in Windows 10.

Q: Does this model generate md5 or sha hash?

It only writeblocks the device you are attaching it to. It doesn't create an image for you. To create an image use forensic software tools.

The T35u-RW is is the Read/Write version, the case is yellow to help signify this.
