Good for cooking biriyani

I have to be honest I haven't used it to bake yet but it smells dreamy. I can't wait to use it and I really enjoy the the size I'm going to get so many baked goodies out of this.

Excellent aroma, contains propylene glycol, so I will not order again. It can bio accumulate, and is bad for pets.

We're foodies here and we're always looking for different ingredients and recipes to try out. This is a *very* flavourful product used in bakery and side dishes. Subtle fragrance, wonderful overall. I had originally been looking for a flavouring that was similar to a product I first learnt of in Barbados back in the mid-80s. i brought back a lot of bottles of flavours and sorrell (the 'hibiscus' flower not the vegetable that's similar to spinach.) I couldn't find it here but this one really does come close when added to Vanilla paste. You have to try it...you'll end up adding it to your bakery and cookery recipes! 5 stars!

What a disappointment! I thought I was ordering Kewra (pandan leaf extract). What I got was water and anti-freeze, which is exactly what it smells like. I threw it out.

This water is from the same species as KEWRA which was ordered that is for cooking, Keora is for baking. The bottle was leaking, the seal was not properly put on it. Unfortunately it is not returnable.
