True to size. These were purchased for my Halloween costume so I wasn't dancing in them They were not slippery nor did they feel anti slip so the best way I can describe them is I can say they were like walking barefoot oh and the color is very vibrant! I ordered the turquoise and they look just like the picture

*For reference, these photos show a size 9 (42) on my left foot, and the size 10 (43) on my right foot*. I can fit between anywhere between a 9-10, depending on the shoe, so I took the recommendation to buy a 10 first. But I would say these are slightly large and baggy all around my foot, even with the drawstring tied to make it fit better. I then ordered a size 9, and fit perfect! Nice & snug. They don't slip off the back of my ankles, and the elastic drawstring is able to be tied enough to hug my foot comfortably. I like how they have non skid padding on the soles & balls of the feet, and the material is soft & lightweight. These will be great for belly dance class where my feet won't get cold & dirty during the winter months. I chose the same shade each time, and I noticed the size 9 are slightly darker by about one shade in color, but I like them. I'll be returning the 10's. I would say definitely go with the smaller size if you're unsure.

Well made, but they run small. The person I got them for wears a size 5 so I ordered a five and a half and it was too small. So size up.

they fit perfectly. not the slipper for someone who intends to use it hard multiple classes a week for months on end, but then again it doesn't cost much to buy more. I love the split sole.

I ordered my size of slippers based on the size chart provided, PLEASE look at the size chart when buying because these sizes do not translate to american women's shoe sizes, a 6.5 does NOT equal a women's 6 1/2. For example I am typically an 8 1/2, based on the chart provided a 6.5 should fit me. However I will say the shoes run small as the ones I received rub pretty harshly against my big toes. I plan on exchanging this pair for a size 7 instead and I think that will result in a better, more comfortable fit. All that being said these shoes are pretty good for a cheap practice pair. I took ballet for about nine years and these shoes are just as sturdy and well built as some of the nicer pairs I used to buy for class but for a generally cheaper price. The canvas is thick and I like the the straps and adjustable elastic in the shoes as well! Plus the split sole is very comfortable and great for flexibility. Just remember to thoroughly look over the size chart, measure your own feet, size up about half a size, and you should get a pair that fits just fine!

The Missfiona women’s canvas ballet slippers are cheap and get the job done. I like them and they’re comfortable to dance in. The color is just a little off compared to the natural shade of a traditional ballet shoe, but overall they work well.

I use these for dance at my church, I'm a panderista. I love how the shoe's strap is crossed, it gives it a nice look and it makes my feet feel comfortable. I don't fully get on my toes since we don't do that in my dance team. I love how I could move around in them easily and not trip on the rug as I do with shoes. I move around a lot in them and I use them a lot. I use them twice a week for 40 minutes each time I've been having them for months and I don't have any holes in them yet. I ordered them in my normal shoe size and they fit perfectly. Plus, they have laces so you could tie them to make them tighter.

I'm not a professional or a serious dancer by any means. My little girl loves ballet and took lessons before the quarantine stopped that in its tracks. One day she asked me to buy ballet shoes for myself so she could teach me some ballet moves. How could I say no to that? After searching and searching I decided on these shoes. I wear a size 10 to 10.5 in street shoes, tending on the wide side. I didn't want shoes that were too small and since these shoes come with a draw string, I ordered a size 11- they fit perfectly. I wore them for half a day around the house and they were comfortable, but they have to no support in the insole, so they are basically like going barefoot in that respect. The pink/beige color is a bubble gum pink canvas with a darker pinkish-beige leather toe.
