It's very easy to play, just put the ball on the any flat surface (desk, desktop, floor, the back of hand, etc.), turn it gently by hand. The ball will continuous rotation, create an uninterrupted spiral rotating,You can also watch our picture last video.

Bottom piece came apart two days after unboxing it.. now can only spin one way without the bottom piece coming out, any idea how to fix?

Mine is still working well and without taking it apart I do not know how to mend it. You could send it back and get it replaced.

This looks spherical but the dimensions given are 45mm high, 38 mm diameter. Are these correct?

Hello the measurements on the diagram (photo) Are 45mm diameter (wide) and 35mm high The sphere has a flat bottom so it sits on the table , cabinet or flat surface hope this helps
