My daughter and I both have plantar fasciitis and our podiatrist recommended taping our feet. I hate wasting money on precut rolls because we always have to trim them. This roll allows us to cut exact sizes so nothing is wasted. We round the corners to prevent premature peeling off. One application lasts me 3 to 4 days and that's with showering every day. I keep this stuff in stock!

It didn’t stick. It’s a 5 day tape and it barely made 3. I’ve called CS and they handled it correctly

I used to use precut tape ..KT and others.. I’m a guitarist and age plus arthritis has taken its toll with pain and diminishing strength in the hands I had to cut the precut tape to size. This tape eliminates leftover.. l cut each strip to size the first time. and it bonds well to itself when I overlap. the best part is it supports my wrist and hand bones securely and comfortably so I can play the music I love. I play regular gigs so use it almost daily. A great value.

I had knee replacement surgery in November 2022. My physical therapist taped me and OMG what a lifesaver! He explained the importance of finding the right tape, meaning one that adheres and your skin does not react. Mueller is what he recommended and it is the ONLY KT tape I will ever purchase. I like this large roll because I can cut to any length I need and it will last a long time. It adheres well, even in the shower and removes easily as well leaving no sticky residue. I would not hesitate to purchase again and I highly recommend this product.

The weight of the fabric is much thinner than other brands I have tried. As a result, it doesn’t feel as supportive. It also lifts at the edges very easily.

Love this kinesiology tape. Price point is great for the amount of tape you get. As an athletic trainer I love that I can cut to exactly what I need.

The adhesive is first-rate. I cut the ends of the strip to curve the corners and they then don't get curled up from my pant legs moving over them. Once applied, I can actually get two days of use (if I don't shower). Unfortunately (and this is not a product defect), my knee problems are too severe even for this otherwise excellent tape. Had to move on to a compression sleeve (which I'm evaluating now).

I started with Dr Kenzo Kase the inventor. They changed their glue formula and it wasn't sticky enough for my water sports. Mueller is my new favorite. Stays on for a week "at least". Best way to remove is to get a good sweat going, ideally a sauna or very hot shower if applied in sensitive skin areas.

Soy fisioterapeuta. No sé ya cuántos rollos he pedido de este KT. El pegamento es bueno aunque no es la marca con mejor adherencia, pero, yo la sigo pidiendo porque el tipo de papel donde viene, al ser ligeramente encerado, me permite deslizarlo perfectamente en una máquina cortadora de tape que tengo y me ahorra mucho tiempo. Si buscas adherencia, sería mejor que consideraras marcas como “match”. Pero recordar que mi uso es profesional.

Se trabaja bien con ella.
