I first got a defective piece. The chest piece wouldn't turn. It is a non returnable item and so the replacement required a couple more calls than usual. But hats off to Amazon's excellent customer service, I got a perfectly working replacement within a few days. Beautiful colour and litmann! Tried registering on the litmann website for warranty. However registration failed saying serial number of product is invalid. Doubting whether fake. But stethescope working well.

I love the color of this stetho. What i didnt like is the packaging ...the packaging from clicktech retail is higly vulnerable to damage. Otherwise ita Littmann , its a great thing.
