How do these compare to Pec-Pads for cleaning lenses and optics?

I am using these wipes for the process of fiber optic splicing and connectorizing. I have not used them for cleaning optics or lenses. For my use it is important to be lint free and I have not experienced excessive lint. I hope this helps.

Can this be impregnated with Clorox solution so they can be used as antibacterial wipes ?

I used them for barbicide wipes at my salon so probably but just know they are not very big compared to a regular Clorox wipe.
