Worth it.
I can’t believe the results, honestly. This has been one of the most amazing removers I’ve ever come across. I’ve tried pulp riot, some other famous guy, and just overall home remedies. This takes the cake.I had DARK blue semi in my hair. It wasn’t budging with washes.I’m almost bleach blonde again. There’s a slight tinge left but toning my hair will get rid of thatThere is a bit of bleach and peroxide in it, so it does bleach a little bit but over all, I’m very impressed. Damage to my already damaged hair is very little. I will use this again! Also, if you have like, medium should length hair, or past that, get two boxes. Even doing a 2:1 ratio, I used two boxes on my hair to saturate it well.

Super amazing!!!
This product worked really great. I got all the color out of my hair. Just be careful not to put it on Virgin hair cause it does bleach I made that mistake and had like this bleach splotch on the top of my head.

Misleading packaging ruined my hair!!! DO NOT BUY
Very confusing packaging!!! I’m surprised with the reviews. This absolutely ruined my thin, curly hair. After washing it again, it’s completely dried bristle and extremely damaged after using this. I bought this to remove old dye before re-dyeing & highlighting very small parts this completely damaged my hair more than the parts I lightened!! I’ve used color oops once and thought this would be better, but this made my old dye more visible and bleached my bangs as seen in the photo. Thankfully, I was able to try to fix what this did but completely got rid of my natural curls and even if this product worked better and got the coloring out, it’s not worth the hair damage it caused. I have now had to spend tons of money, buying breakage products and hair masks!! (Purple hair picture to show the type of hair I have)

Use it twice!
It worked great for me! Ok so I have dark brown hair and use permanent hair dye to cover my roots. I wanted a few chunks of my hair to be red so I decided to use color lifter to get the permanent dye out before bleaching. Now this product has two ingredients that have to be mixed with a level 30 developer(which I already owned). HERE IS THE TRICK! YOU HAVE TO DO IT TWICE. I used half of the ingredients PROVIDED (be sure to weigh them and do a 1:2 ration with the developer) and mixed them with the developer. I highly saturated the pieces, wrapped them in foil, and put on a shower cap with a lite misting of water in it. I left the product on for 1 hour and washed the strands. I used the bonded conditioner on them. I waited till the next day and did the same process again using the rest of the product and then mixing it with developer. After an hour not only was the permanent dye throughly removed but I was shocked at how much a color remover had lifted my hair color. Keep in mind if you are using this over your entire head you may want to buy two boxes.

BUY 2!!
If you have anything long than shoulder length straight hair.. BUY 2 BOXES!!! I ran out halfway through and had to run out and buy more looking totally crazy!! Other notes-- this is definitely just bleach, but it dries my hair out a lot less than other bleaches I've tried. keep an eye out for blue tones!!! They really stick around in a pretty noticeable green if you dont really get in there with the bleach. Otherwise, this is a really quick way to get bleach out.

Worked great!
Overtone changed the formulation of their Vivid Violet, turning my purple hair blue. I was so upset! I bought the Punky Colour Off Hair Color Remover, and it stripped nearly all of the blue out of my hair with just one try. It was easy to use, and I was able to apply purple dye right afterwards. I am relieved and happy!

WARNING: This Is Bleach, Not Color Remover
I ordered this, knowing full well that this was a bleach kit, not a color remover. I think it's very disingenuous for Punky Colour to call this a "color remover kit", since this will be far more damaging to your hair than a real kit, like "Color Oops". Even so, I expected this kit to easily handle demi permanent hair color. It did not. I had Wella Color Charm demi permanent color (in 7RR) on my hair. I used the maximum strength this kit had to offer (1:2 ingredient ratio) which is supposed to remove permanent hair color, since red is a very stubborn color to remove. This bleach kit only got me to a light copper tone when left on for the maximum time frame recommended (40 minutes). I'm very disappointed in my results. I would also mention that this kit comes with the strangest bleach I've ever used. I've seen powder lightener and cream lightener before, but never a paste lightener. It made the mixing process very difficult and the application step even more taxing. I really can't recommend this product for anyone looking to remove hair color beyond semi permanent. If you have demi permanent or permanent color, go with Color Oops or a normal bleach kit instead.

Good weak bleach product, removed black box dye.
It is bleach, if you didnt know. I bought this because of that and the fact that others were said to smell BAD. It did it's job. I wasn't too happy with the test strip, as it didnt lift at all, but I managed to get a lot of the black box dye off my head with minimal damage to my hair. Included is a hair mask, too, so that helped. The smell just smelled like bleach. It doesn't lift aggressively, as its like 20 vol developer. I left it for an hour and my roots lifted maybe 5 shades (black to a light chestnut, maybe). My dyed hair lifted to a lighter color of the red I had underneath it. There are some spots that didnt process as well as others, so you'd need to go over them again if you want a uniformed look. I dont recommend using like 30 vol bleach after using this. It seems like a lot on the hair. Also, I recommend buying a different hair mask than the one provided. Personally, I dislike the hair mask's smell more than the bleach.
