Absolutely Disgusting
Not sure if this was just a bad batch but these taste of chemicals. Not of bonbon. (I have purchased the lemon ones before with no issues). Disgusting. Cannot eat. Not sure if I have eaten something dangerous. They also smell awful. (I have googled to check if there is a recall and also checked the date on the bag)

Taste like I remember
I am not sure about some of the bad reviews I have read on these and this is my 3 rd purchasing them. I have no issues and they do taste like they did in the UK maybe a bit more powdery than I remember, but when you bought them in the Uk they were from a huge jar in the shop and you were given yours in a paper bag. I have also bought the strawberry a bit to strawberry for me but my husband loves them.

Stale upon arrival
I was really hoping these would be just as I remembered as a kid. The centers were super hard upon arrival despite the expiration date being 04/2025.

Nasty
These were a massive disappointment. I remember REAL toffee bonbons, and these are not them. The inside is a pale, indeterminate color, with no toffee flavor whatsoever. On top of that, the inside is crystallized, so gritty and mushy, instead of smooth and chewy. Don't waste your money.

Not at all what I was expecting
Far too much of that nasty powder. Didn’t taste nice once you made it through the powder. Didn’t eat more than two because I couldn’t. Do not recommend at all.

Not like the powdered sugar confections, in England.
The toffee was alright: the powdered coating was like plain flour.
