Marine Cooler | Insulated Hard Shell Ice Chest |Great for Fishing, Camping, Boating, & More

The key is matching the Cooler to your needs. So, in my particular situation, this cooler is perfect. My primary usages are trips to Costco to buy vegetables, meat etc., as well as weekend getaways and the occasional party where I'm carrying supplies. It has sturdy handles so I can lift it easily. It isn't so big I need help lifting and carrying it. It has a latch which prevents the lid from flying open, and the latch works admirably. I'd describe the box as 'squat' which means, in my SUV, the box is stable, not inclined to tip over. I noticed immediately this box kept cooler for much longer than my old cooler. With enough refrigerant blocks, it keeps food cool for most of a day, even here in an Arizona summer. To be fair, my old cooler had seen 20 years of service so maybe the lining was deteriorating? For me this was the perfect size box (male, 6 feet) and ticked all the boxes. I can't comment on the long term durability, but it seems well made and everything fit properly - the latch closes easily with a satisfying click and both the hinges and handles work well. Time will tell. For bigger shops, I am planning to buy another cooler. They are sized to easily fit length-wise in a typical car or SUV so very convenient.

Sleek, clean, compact, pretty much a perfect cooler. I use this to keep my horse ice leg wraps cold, and it keeps them nice and cold, even after having the cooler sit in a hot trailer for 6-8 hours. I don't necessarily shop for form, function always trumps that, but...it is awfully nice looking :) An excellent buy!

Used all summer when shopping for groceries at farmers's markets. I was thinking about purchasing a Yeti but saw this for 400 less. With adequate ice gel packs, kept all my meat, fish, vegetables and fruits nicely chilled even on 90+ degree days. I have always had a great experience with Igloo products. Glad I saved so much $ - now I can spend it on gas:(((

The build quality on this Igloo Marine Ultra cooler is top-tier. Unlike standard plastic coolers that break at the latches after a season, this unit utilizes rust-resistant stainless steel hardware designed to withstand salty marine air and rough handling. The insulation is dense and eco-friendly, holding low internal temperatures even when opened frequently. The threaded drain plug seals tightly without dripping and lets you hook up a garden hose to drain melted ice cleanly without tipping the entire chest. Extremely durable and well worth the investment!

I bought this cooler for a camping trip and it did exactly what I hoped it would. Because it’s marine grade, it kept ice cold for days, even with regular opening and closing. The handles are chunky and sturdy, which made it easy to move around even when fully loaded. It feels well built and durable, not flimsy or cheap. If you’re looking for a cooler that actually holds temperature and doesn’t turn into a soggy mess after one day, this one delivers. We were really impressed with how long the ice lasted. Pros: • Keeps ice cold for days • Marine-grade insulation • Sturdy, easy-to-carry handles • Feels durable and well made Cons: • None so far Overall, this was a great purchase and worked perfectly for camping. I’d absolutely buy it again.

These coolers are great. They keep ice and are a great size, you can lift them when they are full. Will buy again if needed.

Just OK. Hard to move. Keeps ice relatively intact for several days in hot weather in the shade. Nothing spectacular

Holds ice for 2 days. Would buy again.

Bel prodotto

Perfecta como todas las neveras de igloo

This cooler was perfect. It is just like my original cooler. Keeps my drinks cold for hours!
